In 2020, I started Urban Bees, my own chandlery that is firmly rooted in my life-long yearning to connect with nature as well as my own human truth (that includes using my hands to make things, healing, well being, natural remedies, etc). The business is also rooted in sustainable living, in harmony with the natural flow of mother earth and the elements. Our offerings range from beeswax candles and candle accessories to organic self-care essentials.

I worked on the brand identity and collateral for the online and offline touchpoints.

The products are designed especially for the city-dweller to ground in their bodies through practices such as slowing down, breathing a little deeper, & being mindful. All products are handmade in small batches using 100% pure and locally sourced Egyptian beeswax and organic ingredients with the intention of healing ourselves and the world around us. The chandlery is currently operating from the beating heart of downtown Cairo.
